那些還在與不在的故事，都回來了。房子裡，與房子所在的這座城市裡的閒事。在這時空中濃縮成現在。看，海港上，來來去去，貌似註定的，城市發展的輪迴。 聽，那些轟隆與細小的聲音，都是這城市的閒言閒語和吶喊阿。

Those stories, whether existing or non-existing, are all coming back. Stories of the house and of the city where the house is located are transformed into the present. Behold! Those going back and forth at the harbor are the city’s seemingly predestined cycle of development. Listen! Those resounding and quiet sounds are but gossips and outcries of the city.

根據內政部統計，基隆跨縣市通勤上班的人口比率為58.7%，通勤率居全國之冠。

而這龐大的數字比例還不包括需要通勤到台北上學的基隆學子們。
待不住的地方叫家鄉，到不了的地方叫理想，有多少人就這樣，一直在路上。

According to the statistics from Ministry of the Interior, 58.7% of Keelung’s population actually commute to work in other cities, which is the highest in all of Taiwan.

This figure does not even include those who commute to schools in Taipei.

Hometowns are places where we cannot stay long-term, and ideals are what we cannot achieve. How many people are therefore constantly on the move?

以基隆傳說中的鬼故事「美琪酒吧」為敘事脈絡，並與演出場地「家」連結、發展。試圖透過虛的故事，累積出實的現在。

A man drifting off course.
A bar girl reincarnating into a dash of red light.
A story of two misplaced souls.
The entrance to the home is nowhere to be found, and so is the exit of history.

The performance draws upon the ghost story of “Maggie the Bar”, an urban legend in Keelung, and connects with the performing venue, Home, to develop the whole work. The co-creators seek to piece together a present reality through fictional stories.

《落個瑣個》lok-kò-sok-kò

我夜半聽見水流的聲音，打開櫥櫃的門發現曾祖父母爺爺奶奶父親母親和我的兄弟姐妹都彎曲著手臂環抱著膝蓋抬頭望向我，那是一個雨特別多的冬季，我小心把他們包裹好又替換了兩袋乾燥劑，希望下次見面時安好無恙。

One night I heard the sound of water flowing and, when I opened the cabinet, found my great grandparents, grandparents, parents, and siblings in there, crouching down with their hands around their knees and looking up at me. That was an especially rainy winter so I carefully wrapped them up and replaced two desiccant packets. I hope the next time we meet everything will be fine.
