One Player Short Ensemble is a troupe that puts its ultimate focus on actors and actresses. 

In addition to improvisation and collective creation, solo plays also allow actors and actresses to manifest their true personalities. 

In One Player Short Ensemble, monodrama is seen as a “coming-of-age ceremony” for actors and actresses.

Once members go through such a conversation over aesthetics and such a dialectical thinking process about the relations between personal background and public issues in this “ceremony”, they will be able to make more keen observations on the society and to create more and more plays based on individual stories.
